Smart Banking is a modern mobile application, which allows you manage your accounts using your gestures in an easy, convenient and secure manner. You can get the application free of charge for all types of accounts.

Smart Key

The Smart Banking application also includes the Smart Key application, which generates one-time codes, which can be used to:

• log in into Online Banking and BusinessNet Professional
  
• sign transactions in Online Banking and BusinessNet Professional
  
• verify your identity in telephone communications with the bank at Infoline +421 2 6920 2090

Minimum conditions for smartphones:

• iOS 9.0 operating system and above
  
• Android 4.4.3 operating system and above

Security

To secure the application, the best state-of-the-art practices within UniCredit Group are used.

• Logging into the application and signature of payments in Smart Banking are protected by PIN, fingerprint or Face ID.
• The application is linked directly to your mobile phone and no sensitive information is stored in your phone.
• The application logs off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity.
