It is in the ACCOUNT SERVICES section. Or have you not activated your Online Banking key yet? Simply apply for it in the MOBILE SERVICES section.
Please watch the video on how easy it is to make payments in the new Online Banking. Making payments is even simpler now. The basic overview of all payment types is listed below.
Pay (a universal payment button) in the new Online Banking system. You do not need to choose the payment type anymore. The Pay option will help you make the domestic and foreign payments or top up your mobile - just enter the account details, the amount and currency, and the Pay functionality will recognize the payment order type. Then you may fill out the optional data if the payee's bank or the payee require it for identification purposes (e.g. variable code, message for the payee etc.), and you sign the order, that is you enter the authorisation code.
Single SEPA payment - step 1
All single payments can be made easily in few steps using the Pay button or by clicking the arrow next to it and selecting the Payment & Transfers option. The payment order form pops up.
Your current account in Euros is automatically pre-set. If you wish to change it, click the arrow at the end of the "From Account" field.
Enter the payee's account number (including the bank code) or the phone number if you wish to top up in the "To Account" field.
Enter account in IBAN format into Payee field. If you have already made any payment to that account in the Online Banking or had saved the payee before, start entering the payee's/template's name and Online Banking will automatically populate the empty fields. Click Create a new Payee… to confirm the payee's account.
Single SEPA payment - step 2
Fill out the payee's name and amount in the next step.
The Beneficiary's name is now a mandatory field. Online Banking automatically remembers the data entered and if you make a payment to the same payee in future again, you only have to start typing the payee's name (e.g. Thom...) or the account number and Online Banking will automatically fill the details instead of you.
Single SEPA payment - step 3
Now you may fill out all other optional data of the payment such as the variable code, constant code, specific code, information for the payee and for you. You may also create a new template for frequently made payments (so-called FAST Pay). If you do not plan to enter another payment, continue by clicking the Confirm button to sign (authorise) the payment. Otherwise, click the "Make a new payment" button.
Single SEPA payment - last step: Payment confirmation Potvrdenie platby
In order to confirm the payment, enter the authorisation code, whether from the Online Banking key, SMS or token, in the relevant field and click the "Confirm" button.
If you find any discrepancy, you may edit it or delete the payment with the EDIT option (EDIT/DELETE).
Tip: If you wish to make multiple payments, you may sign (confirm) all payments at a time after you enter the last payment. In such event, click the "Make a new payment" button and enter the details of another payment. When you enter the last payment, click the "Confirm" button to sign all payments at a time entering one authorisation code.
Click the arrow next to the Pay button to display all payment types and other important information.
Payment (domestic and foreign) - making a domestic or foreign payment.
We would like to inform you that in BusinessNet/Online Banking, before signing selected foreign payments within the EU and SEPA payments where currency conversions take place, you can now view an estimate of the equivalent foreign currency amount and the expected fees.

E.g. if you signed a payment you wish to remit on the day after tomorrow, you will find it here. You can recognize the payments which need to be signed by the $ icon. Click this icon to open the payment for your signature. If you want to delete any of the unprocessed payments, you will find this option in the Pending Payments menu.

The Order Archive contains confirmed payments for the past 15 days with the option to display details of these payments. However, to take a look at the transactions on your accounts use the transaction history option available for every account you hold.
Beneficiaries and Templates
Templates and beneficiaries which you have saved can also be found under the Pay tab. Each entry allows you to display details or edit, change or delete it. A new beneficiary can be set up easily from the list of all beneficiaries. A new template can be set up when you enter a payment using the option in the second step - "Save this payment as a template".
Please note that you may enter any name you wish for the domestic payments in the beneficiary's name you want to use for future purposes - e.g. Day Care, Granny, Thomas, etc., but for foreign payments you have to enter the actual name of the account holder in this field, that is the name you receive from the holder of the account to which you want to send the payment.
Standing Order Type
To enter a new standing order, just click the Create New button in the overview. First, select the Order Type. For normal domestic standing order in a specific fixed amount, select the first option (Domestic Standing Order - Normal). If you wish to transfer all the money in excess of a specific threshold, select the Domestic Standing Order Sweeping option. On the contrary, if you want to send money to your account to have a fixed amount available, select the Subsidy for Adjusted Balance option.
When you select the desired payment type for the standing order, all required fields are displayed immediately. FAST Pay is the quickest payment method in Online Banking. They are frequently made payments you may set up from your templates by clicking the "Add new Fast pay" button and selecting out of the list of your templates.
When you click the selected FAST Pay payment, Online Banking pre-fills all payment details saved by you including the amount, payment codes, etc. Just a few clicks and the payment is made. Of course, all data can be edited as you wish.
Accounts, Cards and History
All your products are displayed as soon as you log in. Click the product tab to display its details and related applications.
You may also use the upper menu to access the information about individual products. E.g. in the Banking section, you will find the overview of all current accounts, debit cards and actual balances. Overview of Current Accounts and Payment Cards

The right part of the overview contains individual applications and other options related to the account. Do you want to display the account statement? Click the View statements option in the ACCOUNT SERVICES section. Don't have Smart Banking or want to try out the Online Banking key? Apply for activation in the MOBILE SERVICES section.
Close the account detail with the applications by clicking the Hide Details option.
Current Accounts - Account Transaction List
The transaction history is right under the account details. The search tool in the transactions history has been modified for you in the new Online Banking. The transactions are displayed for the past 30 days by default, but you can edit it or display by other parameters. The SHOW SEARCH option is in the upper-right corner. If you wish, the search results may be exported as a .csv format.
Besides export of a list of transactions to a .csv format, you may also generate a .pdf confirmation for every single transaction - just open the Transaction Details and click the "PRINT" icon.
The transaction history contains booked payments including the payee, payment category and status.
Click a specific payment to display the transaction detail. You may then split the payment in several categories or edit the category. You may now also add your own comments on all transactions.
The transaction history can be sorted by the date booked, by the amount, payee, or the status or category.
We have a new feature for you to help you easily manage your spending. Set your own budget for individual categories, monitor them, and gain control over your expenses.
The Personal Finance Manager also contains an overview of your expenses for each of the last twelve months and automatically sums them up in basic categories. These categories are displayed as colour bubbles, giving you a good grasp of your expenses. The categories and their names cannot be edited nor can you add new categories, but to make the categorisation of transactions more specific you may also use a wide range of sub-categories.
You may set a monthly limit for each category of your expenses. Push the SET A BUDGET button in the main budget plan of the Personal Finance Manager. Then just use the scroll bar to select the target maximum amount. Once you save it, it instantly appears in the category in the main budget plan and the actual balance of the budget is calculated anew.
Meeting the Budget
Individual bubbles represent the basic categories of expenses and change depending on how the pre-set budget is met. The bubble located in the same-colour circle (to the left in the picture) means that the monthly limit pre-set for that category for the month has not been hit yet. An exceeded budget (to the right) is signalled by a light-colour edge of the bubble.
Click each of the categories to check the items including the payment amount and date. If the automatically allocated category does not suit you, simply change it right in the transaction detail. To change it, click the selected transaction and select the correct category in the lower part of the screen.
The transaction detail contains further information about the payment with the option to edit it. Did you make an ATM withdrawal but used the money to buy food and movie tickets? You may split the payment in several categories.
If you wish to take a look at your monthly expenses for the last twelve months, just select the My Trends option and the Personal Finance Manager will display your expenses for each month in a column chart. To display the detail, simply move the pointer cursor to the column of the selected month. If you want to display a specific category, just select it from the list in the heading.
If you want a more detailed overview of your expenses and you're not satisfied with the basic categories, you may divide the expenses in sub-categories. This way, you always know what you paid for.
If you are allowed to also access accounts of other holders in your Online Banking, you may decide in the "Setting" menu, "Personal Finance Manager" whether the Personal Finance Manager should work with your own accounts only or also with the accounts of other persons.
Learn how easy and efficient your saving efforts can be thanks to the new feature in Online Banking. You only have to enter the basic information - how much you want to save up and until when, and create a standing order, and Online Banking will take care of making your wish come true.
Don't have a savings account?
With the My Goals feature, you will easily save up for a new television, sofa or holiday. How does it work? The only thing you need is a savings account. If you don't have one, simply apply for it directly in the My Goals section or through the Personal Finance Manager settings.
Setting Up a Goal
Once your savings account has been set up, you are free to set up your goal. You'll name the goal, select a finish date, target amount, or regular monthly amount. The rest will be calculated automatically. You may also add a picture to your goal to show you how much you have already saved up for your goal.
Set Up a Standing Order
If you do not want to remember to always transfer regular amounts to the savings account, after you set up your goal Online Banking will offer you the option of automatic set up of a standing order with the validity until the finish date of your wish. Then the selected amount will be automatically transferred and you will not have to worry about it anymore.
Edit Your Goals
Have you found out that you will need more money for your goal? Do you need to edit the monthly amount? You are free to edit your goals at any time. However, do not forget to also edit the existing standing order. Such change will then have to be authorized as any other payment.
Quick Transfer between Goals
Cannot wait any longer for one of your wishes and everything else can wait? Use the Transfer option to transfer the balance on the Savings Account to individual goals as you wish.
You may also use the quick transfer even if you have not set up a standing order to save up for your Goals, but transfer the money to the savings account as and when you wish.
