MultiCash

MultiCash is a multi-banking application used by multiple banks in the Slovak Republic. It is supplied as a version adapted to the banking standards of a majority of European and many other countries. It is produced by a German company Omikron Systemhaus GmbH.

When to use MultiCash

  • if you prefer electronic banking in your own secured environment
  • if you want to have all data stored in your PC network
  • if you process a large number of payment orders on a daily basis
  • if you want to control accounts of several companies within a single application
  • if you also want to control accounts maintained at other Slovak banks within a single application
  • if you also want to control accounts maintained at foreign banks within a single application
  • if you want to receive statements of accounts maintained at other banks

Functions of MultiCash

  • preparing SEPA payment orders (SEPA payment, SEPA direct debit)
  • preparing foreign payment orders
  • uploading and processing SEPA and foreign payment orders from a file created by an accounting system
  • displaying current balances and transaction history
  • managing accounts of several companies through a single user access
  • managing accounts maintained at several banks within the Slovak Republic
  • flexible settings for signing authroisations at the account and user levels

MultiCash signing class categories

E - Payment orders signed by user alone

A - Payment orders signed both by user and the A, E or B class user

B - Payment orders signed both by user and the A or E class user

F - Payment orders signed both by user and the G class user - for local electronic signature only

G - Payment orders signed both by user and the F class user - for local electronic signature only

T - User without authorisation to sign payment orders, the so-called transport user, authorised to send payment files for remote electronic signature

N - User without authorisation to sign payment orders authorised to only receive information from the Bank or send signed payment files to the Bank

  • option to create payment order templates and databases of business partners and to share these with other users
  • orders archive - history of authorised (signed) transactions sent to the Bank for processing
  • receipt and archiving of electronic statements of current accounts maintained at UniCredit Bank which can be easily imported into an accounting system
  • receipt and archiving of electronic statements of current accounts maintained at any bank delivered via MT940, MT942
  • within statements, option to monitor the payment orders entered
  • at UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s, pobočka zahraničnej banky
  • from another bank of the UniCredit Group (via EuropeanGate)
  • from another bank by way of the MT101 swift messages
  • option to receive messages sent by the Bank
