UniTel toll-free line gives you the opportunity to make banking transactions directly through one phone call. The service is available 24/7. Just call 0800 180 180 (or paid number +421 44 547 68 70 if calling from abroad) and you can easily make several transactions based on a conversation with a Bank employee.


UniTel is a safe and easy way to manage your finance through the client line 0800 180 180 through a telephone call with a Bank employee. The product offers the following choice of services:

Active Services

  • domestic payment order (standard, urgent);
  • domestic standing order (change, cancellation);
  • direct debit authorization (change, cancellation, SIPO (centralized collection of inhabitants´ payments), Orange, T-Mobile);
  • accepting of applications for issuing of a debit card (except for bank cards sent by mail);
  • accepting of applications for the withdrawal of over limit cash at branches;
  • accepting of applications for entering an alternative address of a customer, which the bank statements are to be sent to.

Passive Services

  • overview of accounts, balances, history of transactions on the accounts;
  • overview of debit and credit cards and history of card transactions;
  • overview and current prices of the selected mutual funds;
  • overview of account bookings, of interests on accounts, of term deposits;
  • Provision of information about the bank and its business network, about the economic results of the bank, about offered products and services, about the selected exchange rates, generation of IBAN accounts.

For the bank card holders and electronic banking users

  • blocking of all types of bank cards issued by UniCredit Bank Slovakia a. s.; and safe tools and accesses to EB
  • activation of renewed bank cards; unblocking accesses to EB
  • information on mandatory minimum installments to credit cards, details from statements, history of card transactions;
  • activation, blocking of MO/TO (mail / telephone order) transactions, for the payments through Internet;
  • seeking out of payments to credit – installment accounts

Payment system services such as e.g. change, placement or cancellation (payment orders, standing orders, consent to collection, enquiries regarding current account balance and history of transactions on account, etc.) can be made through the UniTel service, on working days from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m..
